The Municipality of West Perth was established in 1998 through the amalgamation of the former Townships of Logan, Hibbert, and Fullarton, and the Town of Mitchell. Today, West Perth is a growing rural community that values its heritage, natural surroundings, and strong local economy.

Home to approximately 9,000 residents, West Perth offers a high quality of life within a welcoming small-town setting. Conveniently located within 35 minutes of London, Waterloo, and Goderich, the municipality provides access to regional centres while maintaining its distinct community character.

West Perth features a mix of residential neighbourhoods, agricultural lands, local businesses, and community amenities. With a range of recreational opportunities, active service clubs, and community events throughout the year, residents and visitors alike enjoy the benefits of a connected and engaged community.
