Speak Before Council
Any person who wants to speak before Council must register as a delegation to be added to the Agenda. For information about speaking to Council, or to register as a delegation, please contact the Clerk's Department no later than 12 noon on the Thursday before the meeting. You can also complete an online Delegation Request Form to be registered for an upcoming meeting.
Delegations will be scheduled to make a presentation to a regular Council or Committee meeting, at the discretion of the Clerk.
Delegates are permitted to address Council for a maximum of 10 minutes. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise permitted to be closed under the Municipal Act.
