Each indoor space includes basic amenities such as tables, chairs, WIFI, and assess to washrooms. Additional equipment such as A/V systems, projectors, kitchen assess/kitchenettes are included in the amenities section of each space listed above. Amenities of each space are also listed in the Facility Rental Guide.
Yes, bringing in outside food is not a problem. However, any refreshment vehicles must have the proper licensing issued from the West Perth Clerks Department.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed on the premise unless the renter provides a valid liquor license and event insurance. The West Perth Community Centre & Arena is a licensed facility, arrangements for bar services can be coordinated with Community Services staff. Please contact us for more details.
The Facilities team will coordinate the provision of tables and chairs based on the renter’s request; however, setup and arrangement of the furniture is the responsibility of the renter. This excludes Dublin Hall, where both setup and cleanup remain fully the renter’s responsibility.
Renters are required to clear all tables of food, glasses, bottles, paper, decorations, and other materials. All garbage must be placed in the designated areas. An additional cleanup fee may be charged if the facility is left in poor condition or requires excessive cleaning.
