Advertising and Sponsorships

The Municipality of West Perth offers a number of advertising and sponsorship opportunities within our recreation facilities and on our West Perth Digital Sign.

Our West Perth Community Centre is used by a variety of groups and individuals year-round and offers a range of advertising opportunities. The West Perth Recreation Department also offers sponsorship opportunities for community skates and swims.  

The Tim Hortons Pavilion in Keterson Park is an investment the Municipality of West Perth is making in the longevity of high-quality recreation in our community. The cost of this project is $1.8 million, with $812,500 awarded from the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program Grant (Government of Canada). The Municipality is investing funds in the project, with the remaining $400,000 hoping to be raised by donations, sponsorships, and naming rights.

Digital Sign Advertisements

Are you looking to get exposure for your business or event, but have a limited budget for advertising?

The West Perth Digital Sign is an economical way to get your business noticed. Located at the intersection of Highway 8 and 23, the sign is conveniently seen by a high volume of motorists.

  • Ads on the sign appear in rotation, with other clients on the sign.
  • The Digital Sign is updated every Monday.
  • All bookings must be made at least 5 business days prior to the advertisement release date.
  • Various pricing options available depending on what is best for your business or event.

  • The sign accommodates .jpeg files in RBG format (simple colours).

  • .jpeg files should be 2240 x 1120 pixels.

  • Full motion videos can be played; .avi or .mpeg files are compatible that fit the ratio of 2:1 (or 16:9). Videos must be no longer than 10 seconds.

  • We recommend minimal text, only including vital information such as dates, times, location, website, etc.

  • White backgrounds are not recommended; Dark backgrounds or bright colours are more effective.

  • The most effective digital signs are those with a strong, short visual message that can be read quickly and clearly, with fast viewing times.

Charity/Service Club Pricing:

Community Event in West Perth $35/week

Community Event in Perth County $45/week

Note: Local Not-for-Profit Organizations may be eligible for up to 4 one-week advertisements for free.
