If you didn't receive or if you have misplaced your tax bill, water/sewer bill, or other municipal invoice, contact the Municipal Office at 519-348-8429 or email finance@westperth.com. It is the account holder’s responsibility to ensure payments are made and the account balance is paid.
Note: Always leave enough time for your payments to process. You will be charged a late penalty if we receive your payment after the due date.
Online Banking |
Pay your taxes, water/sewer and other municipal invoices (e.g. dog tags, municipal drains) through online banking with your financial institution. You are responsible to pay any service charges levied by them. Taxes

e-Transfer |
Pay your taxes, water/sewer, parking tickets, and other municipal invoices (e.g. dog tags) by e-Transfers. e-Transfers can be sent and received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Online using Credit Card and Paypal |
Pay your taxes, water/sewer and other municipal invoices (e.g. dog tags) online using third party companies such as PaySimply and Paytm. Make sure to submit your payment well in advance of the due date, because it may take a few days to process the payment. You are responsible to pay any service charges levied by them. Credit card payments cannot be processed in person. Any third party companies are neither affiliated nor partners of the Municipality. Pre-authorized Payment |
Pay your taxes and water/sewer through pre-authorized payment plans. The amount due for your bill is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. |
Banking in person |
At your bank or trust company, pay at the teller or through an ATM. You are responsible to pay any service charges levied by them. |

Cheques may be dropped in the drop box located beside the main entrance to the Municipal Office. |
Drop Box |
Make a payment by cheque using our 24-hour drop-off box. Please attach your tax payment stub to the cheque within your envelope. There is one drop-off box in our community: Municipal Office 169 St. David St., Mitchell, ON (metal box outside Clerks Entrance). You can also pay your water bill or parking tickets using the drop-off box. Please do not use the drop off box for cash payments. |
