Candidates are urged to review the Municipal Election Act 1996 (MEA), as amended, including applicable Regulations to fully understand all the legislative requirements.
It is imperative that candidates satisfy themselves through their own reserach or with the assistance of legal counsel of the various legal and financial requirements related to their candidacy.
