The novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, provincial and municipal governments and health agencies continue to recommend the practice of physical distancing.
While the Municipality of West Perth has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Municipality cannot guarantee that you and/or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending programming at the West Perth Community Centre could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
Due to high demand for public skating and small capacities due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are asking that only residents of Perth County attend public skating programming at the West Perth Community Centre. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: Registration for Sunday Parent & Tot and Public Skates will close 30 minutes before the program starts.
