Preliminary and Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment Study Highway 23 and Perth Line 20 Intersection Improvements, Russeldale, Municipality of West Perth, County of Perth (GWP 3030-20-00)

THE STUDY GHD, on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), has initiated the Preliminary and Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study for the proposed improvements to the Highway 23 and Perth Line 20 Intersection, Russeldale in the Municipality of West Perth, which is shown in the key plan. The study will include a review of alternatives and make recommendations for intersection improvements, considering options for traffic signals or a roundabout.
