Council meetings take place on the second and fourth Monday of each month. These meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the Administrative Building and are open to the public. Agendas for upcoming council meetings and minutes of past meetings may be viewed on the Agendas and Minutes page on this website.
West Perth Council is elected every four years on the second Monday in November and assumes office on December 1st of that year. Elections are on a township-wide basis for Mayor and Deputy Mayor. Councillors are elected by ward with 3 from Mitchell and 2 each for Fullarton, Hibbert, and Logan.
