To sign up for Electronic billing of your Water and Sewer invoices, please click on the link below to access the form.
Forms can be filled out and forwarded to the Municipal Office via e-mail at email@example.com or in person.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAP)
To sign up for the Pre-authorized Payment Plan (PAP) for water/wastewater billing, please click on the link below to access the form. Forms can be filled out and forwarded to the Municipal Office with a void cheque.
Drinking Water Complaints
If you have an issue with rust, sediment, pressure or odour within the Ward of Mitchell please download and fill out a copy of the CONSUMER DRINKING WATER COMPLAINT FORM. Completed forms can be forwarded to the Municipal Office or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ARE YOU MOVING?
It is mandatory that you notify the Municipality AT LEAST seven business days prior to your move! If you fail to notify us of your move, you are still legally responsible for the water/wastewater account that is in your name until seven days notice has been given.
