FROM TORONTO, OTTAWA, MONTREAL Follow Highway 401 West to Interchange 278 at Kitchener.  Follow Highway 8 West through Kitchener onto Highway 7&8 West to Stratford.  Continue West on Highway 8 to Mitchell.   FROM CHICAGO, DETROIT, AND HIGHWAY 401 Enter Canada at Detroit/Windsor.  Follow Highway 401 East to Exit 189 (Highbury Avenue).  Follow Highbury North through London to Highway 7.  Go West on Highway 7 to Highway 23.  Follow Highway 23 North to Mitchell.   FROM SARNIA/PORT HURON Follow Highway 402 East.  At Exit 65, take Highway 81 North to Highway 7.  Follow Highway 7 East to Highway 23.  Go North on Highway 23 to Mitchell.
